What a Little Dog Must Put up With!

As many of you know, we have two dogs.  Izzy is a big dog... She can be restless, gets bored easily and she eats her food and snacks very fast!  Emmi is a little dog... She is patient (until provoked ~ She can definitely stand her ground!), loves to search (hunt) for critters and she eats her food and snacks very slowly!

.¸.•´¸.•*´¨) ¸.•*¨)
(¸.•´ (¸.•` ♥  This is what Emmi has to put up with... Izzy gobbles up her food and then goes right to Emmi and plants herself down... Waiting... Izzy wants to be sure to be right there, just in case Emmi drops a piece of her food on the floor.  Izzy always waits to eat it though, until Emmi is completely finished, then she'll gobble it down, looking for more!  Izzy sure does have a bit of patience when she is waiting for Emmi to finish. :)

Snack time proves the same, as shared in another Izzy and Emmi post from November: http://trinastrinketts.blogspot.com/2011/11/dogs-are-so-cute.html They each have their own personality and they are definitely a lot of fun!

Magenta & Green Tropical Flower Necklace
Magenta & Green Tropical Flower Necklace
By: Midnight Blossoms
This blossom pendant is entirely made from polymer clay (Fimo). I did all the color mixing and assembled each petal on a base of polymer clay. I drilled the hole for the bail by hand and attached a silver plated bail. This necklace has a organza ribbon and multi cord necklace that is adjustable between 16-18 inches. The blossom measures appx 5cm diameter x 0.5cm width.

Three Wise Sock Monkeys See No Evil Speak No Evil Hear No Evil Polymer Clay
Three Wise Sock Monkeys
See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil
By: PeeWee's ClayHouse
The idea originated from japan & the monkeys are : hear no evil (kikazaru) speak no evil (iwazaru) & see no evil (mizaru). Japanese names translate to don't hear, don't speak & don't see. Zaru is the verb for "don't" in Japanese & monkey is saru. They are both pronounced the same so some clever chap put two & two together & that is how we get the monkeys representing it. Now with these cuties you can have a whimsical way to remember it.  Each sock monkey is about 2" tall & 1.5" wide & made-to-order from Premo Scupley polymer clay using no molds.

Complete with window box's brimming with flowers a magical fairy door and fully removable lilac floral lid.

A tiny little fairy village of 3 mini fairy flower houses handmade from polymer clay and decorated with acrylic paint in lovely deep red and brown colours. The smallest house is 1 & 5/8ths inches (4.1cm) tall and the tallest is 1 & 7/8ths inches (4.7cm) tall.  The village is very pretty and will look beautiful on a shelf, as part of a terrarium, amongst potted plants, as part of a dollshouse fairy scene, as a cake topper...etc. Wherever you decide to display them they will give a unique and beautiful display.

My Little Cowgirl Birthday Cake Topper

A sweet little cowgirl holding her lasso that is shaped like the number one for her First Birthday!  This Cowgirl was a custom order for a customer who requested the lasso be shaped like a ONE.

(¸.•´ (¸.•` ♥  Here's what my customer said in her feedback for me, after she received the topper"Trina worked with me on making a cowgirl and little pony cake topper for my daughters first birthday and all I can say is it is PERFECT!! She was so open to any of my ideas and creative. It turned out better than I had imagined it would! She has created something for my daughter that she'll always cherish. Not to mention how quickly she had it done and to me safe and sound. I will definitely be ordering more from her in the future!!"  I thank my customer for her awesome feedback, and am so happy that she loves her little Cowgirl and Horse!!  Kind words like the ones she left for me are what make my artwork even that much more worthwhile!!!

.¸.•´¸.•*´¨) ¸.•*¨)
(¸.•´ (¸.•` ♥  Such a happy look on her face, the sweet little cowgirl is wearing a pink shirt with white buttons and blue jeans that are rolled up into cuffs.  Her darling pink and brown chaps have fringe on each side and she wears a belt buckle that is shaped like heart.  There is a pink and brown rope band on her yellow cowboy hat and a little heart adorns one side.  Both hearts were stamped with a swirly design, and her little brown cowboy boots are also stamped with a design.  She sits approximately 3" high, 3" wide and 2 1/2" long.

Etsy Finds Friday - Napkitten

It's **Etsy Finds Friday**
Today I am featuring the
Cutest Coin Purses
Created by:

In the Artist's Own Words:
When I was 5 years old, I started to make crafts and loved it so much. In my whole family, I had only one fan, my grandma. At that time, I could only make some simple origami, such as bird, boat, pants… Every time when I finished, I would show them to my granny. No matter how ugly they were, my granny always said: ”Wow, how beautiful!!! My granddaughter is the smartest girl.” There was no internet, no blog, no crafts forum then, so my granny was my only audience. Her smile was my only encouragement. Little by little, I started to learn sewing, crocheting and knitting. I was so glad I could spend boring and hot summer holiday in crafting. At my 12, I became able to crochet hat and sock. At my 14, I became able to sew pants. Afterwards, I had less and less spare time to make crafts. I had to spend all my time and energy in schools and universities to get degrees. Moreover, life is not always happy and beautiful, sometimes full of stress, sometimes full of tears, sometimes full of pains. Ten years ago, my dear granny left me forever. I cannot stop missing her even now. How sad... Now everything has been settled down. The happiest thing in my life is that I have such a nice husband to support, understand, and love me. So I regain my peaceful life to wakeup my faraway and happiest memory from my deepest heart. I start to make crafts again. Everyday, I enjoy the designing and creating. It seems I returned to my sunny childhood and I saw my granny’s encouraging smile again.
