Treasury Tuesday - Elephants!

Two Penguins and a Seal

These two little penguins are enjoying a visit with their friend the white seal! This figurine would make an adorable gift or a fun cake topper for a winter birthday. It measures approximately 2 1/2" tall, 3 3/4" wide, and 3 1/2" long.

 Pig With Big Red Bow

This adorable little pig is "all dressed up" in her big red bow, ready for some fun! She is approximately 1 1/2" tall and 2" long.  A wonderful gift for someone who collects pigs.

Baby Elephant

This adorable Baby Elephant is all ready to decorate the cake for a very special baby shower!! She is holding a pink and yellow rattle and a blanket and is wearing a big bow.  The Elephant sits approximately 2 1/2" tall, 2 1/2" wide and 2 3/4" long.

Love Snails

Two little Love Snails in the grass, happy as could be! There's a little lady bug who stopped by to greet them. Leaves, vines and a red heart outline the base. These little Love Snails would make a wonderful Anniversary, Wedding, Valentines Day or Shower Gift. They would also be a perfect Cake Topper for a Wedding or Anniversary.  The base measures approximately 3 1/2" wide and 2" long.

My Angel Cake Topper

I just completed this adorable Angel Cake Topper for a customer, for her daughter's baptism cake.  I am so pleased at how it turned out.  My customer said the cake is going to be peach and she wanted peach flowers, yellow birds and the angel dressed all in white.  I added peach flowers to her white gown, and her sweet little heart shaped wings were stamped with a pretty flower, vine and heart design.  I highlighted her wings with gold mica powder to enhance the design.  She is holding a cross and has a golden halo adorned with little peach flowers, which match the flowers on her dress.  I also highlighted the vines and leaves in the grass with gold mica powder, and placed three little birds among the flowers.  One of the birds is a baby bird, looking up at her mama.  This was such fun to create and I sure hope my customer will be happy with it!

A Steampunk Turtle and a Baby Elephant!

We have several challenges each month on the Polymer Clay Enthusiasts Team (PCETeam) on Etsy, and one of them is a 'Stretch Yourself' challenge.  For the month of May the "Stretch Yourself" PCETeam challenge is 'Steampunk' and I had so much fun creating this little Steampunk Turtle!  (I listed both the Turtle and the Elephant below, in my Etsy Shop today.)

I was very inspired the last few days and enjoyed some creative time in my studio... Until a bee chased me outside!  LOL! I'm not sure how that bee got inside, but it was big!!  Izzie tried to catch the bee, which only made it buzz around more... So outside we went, thinking the bee would settle down and I could take care of it later.  The weather was so beautiful today, it was nice to get some fresh air between finishing up the turtle above, dodging the bee and finishing this little baby elephant below.
