Love is in the Air...

Love is in the air... Wedding bells are ringing... Introducing some of my newest Wedding Cake Toppers, along with a BIG THANK YOU to all of my wonderful clients!!  I enjoy working with each of my customers to create these special wedding cake toppers that become very special keepsakes!! 

All of my wedding cake toppers are designed and hand sculpted by me, based on pictures and descriptions of hair color and style, eye color, wedding attire, etc., sent to me by my customers.  I list them in my Etsy Shop as examples of wedding cake toppers that I can create for that very special wedding day!!  They're toppers for wedding cakes, groom's cakes, and even anniversary cakes.  They are special keepsakes, from such a special day, to be treasured always!  Each one, in their own unique way, represents the bride and groom... Who they are as a couple, their interests and hobbies, their pets... The possibilities for unique wedding cake toppers are endless!!!

"Will You Marry Me?"...

...An Engagement Cake Topper, a clay keepsake of a very special proposal!  He carved their initials, and the words, "Will You Marry Me" in a tree... He brought her to the tree and got down on one knee to propose... She said YES!   I had such fun creating this one!!

He Asked, She Said YES!

A darling Engagement Party Cake Topper!  Two little Bears in the Park... He's on one knee, holding THAT little black box, open with a diamond ring, and she's looking so happy and surprised!  A very sweet scene for sure!!!  I loved creating this one, and as I was creating it, my imagination was really going on all the other Engagement Scenes I want to create!!  There will definitely be more to come, but in the meantime, here's my Bears... They would also be a darling Wedding Cake Topper and of course, they are a wonderful keepsake to enjoy always!

A Tree Sculpture

A customer had ordered a wedding cake topper from me a while ago, along with sculptures of each of their dogs.  They later decided they would like a tree to add to the groupings for displaying in their home after their wedding.  This was such a fun sculpture to create... A tree, complete with two little lovebirds in a nest, two little ladybugs and the couple's initials carved inside a heart on the tree trunk.  The tree stands approximately 6" tall and is a base that is approximately 4" x 2 1/2" ~ A fun and very special keepsake, this would be a great Valentine's Day gift too!!!

A Hedgehog and a Tree!

This was such a fun custom order!  A Hedgehog and Tree Birthday Topper... The Hedgehog is approximately 2 1/4" high and the tree is under 4" tall, together they are adorable toppers for a very special birthday!  The tree is full of leaves, vines and fun little critters... A butterfly and ladybugs!  The little Hedgehog wears a bright pink bow in her hair and a GREAT BIG Smile!!

An Interesting Walk...

George and I went for a walk along the creek at the far back of our property on Sunday.  I brought my camera with me, because he wanted to show me a really cool beehive that was hanging from a tree and  I thought maybe I could get a picture of it.  I am amazed at what the hard work of bees can do... looked like some birds were pecking away at the hive, so the inside of the beehive was exposed, leaving me the opportunity to get some great photographs of it. It's quite large, about the size of a basketball.

We continued our walk down the creek and saw so many interesting things.  Of course, the city girl in me came out, as I clumsily stumbled along, trying to avoid the branches and twigs.  I have to admit I am more partial to flat ground when I am walking... but it was fun just the same.  We saw petrified...
