Last week, in a previous post, I shared pictures of the cake topper I created for my niece's graduation party. Her party was last Sunday and I was so happy to actually get to see one of my cake toppers 'in action' on a cake... In person! I only get to see the toppers that I create in pictures, when my customers send them to me, so it was fun to actually see this one in person.
My niece has a horse and competes in horse shows. Her mom wanted a topper to represent this part of her life, and I was honored when she asked me to create the topper! I LOVED doing something so special for my niece on her very special day!
I was given a picture of Jessica wearing one of her favorite 'riding competition' outfits, standing beside her horse, holding his reins... I created the topper from that picture. It looked great on the cake. The cake was very big, so they decided to have a small round cake in one corner and have the topper on there. The other half of the cake was a picture (painted on the cake) of my niece all dressed up (so beautiful) on the evening of her Homecoming Dance.
Congratulations Jessica! Wishing you an AMAZING future!
