My Newest Polymer Clay Creations

My Little Polymer Clay Bird was just listed in my Etsy Shop! This sweet little bird has beautiful wings, stamped with a floral design and highlighted with gold mica powder to bring out the design.  She is approximately 1 3/4" tall and 1 1/2"long, just adorable to sit on a shelf or in a bookcase.

(¸.•´ (¸.•` ♥ My niece, who just graduated from high school, has a horse and competes in horse shows.  With her graduation party coming up, her mom wanted a topper for her cake that would honor this part of her life.  I had such fun creating this topper for them!

(¸.•´ (¸.•` ♥  Last, I wanted to share my Wooden Rocking Horse. This adorable horse is made entirely of polymer clay. It sits on two planks with four wheels, all made to look like wood. The horse is tan with a black mane and tail. The saddle is blue and is embellished with a swirl design. It stands approximately 2 1/2" high, 2" wide and 2 1/2" long.

  3. As always, I love these three new pieces. The flower nosegay on the little birdie and the stamped wings are special little touches that set it apart. The wooden horse has such a cool embellished saddle and the planks and wheels look like real wood. My favorite parts are the extruded mane and tail. They make me smile. Ah, the cowgirl....from the highlighted grassy green base with the lucky horseshoes to the twisted cowboy hat band, to her embellished western shirt and vest to her cute little brown curls, she's perfection. How lucky your niece is. It's going to look beautiful and be perfect on her graduation cake. I do hope you'll post a picture of it on the cake. Wonderful that you'll get a chance to see it "in action " in PERSON. You've outdone yourself!

  7. Those are great! The bird would make a great cake topper as well. Or maybe two smaller birds together...those seem to be popular for wedding toppers lately!
