My Challenge Piece and a Wedding Cake Topper

Today I wanted to share two of my newest pieces... One is a custom order wedding cake topper that I just completed for a customer and the other is a 'Duck~Bunny.'  :)

One of this month's challenges for the PCETeam was to create something dressed up like something else... I created a fun little duck dressed up as a bunny for Halloween.  With her little bag of goodies and a cute pumpkin by her side, she is happy as can be!

(¸.•´ (¸.•` ♥  Next is the wedding cake topper... My customer sent me pictures of the tux and dress the bride and groom will be wearing, and I created a polymer clay faux flagstone base for them to stand on.  The bride's bouquet is made of yellow and lavender roses.

  1. Trina, I love to look at your beautiful work because it has such lovely and whimsical details and always makes me smile.

So what would a cute little baby duck like to dress up as for Halloween? At Trina's Trinketts
the answer is A BUNNY! Not just ANY bunny, but a charming and happy bunny with a candy bag decorate with CARROTS and filled with candy corn and a giant sucker. Add a pumpkin to the tableau and you have a sculpture or cake topper perfect for celebrating Halloween.

You have created a lovely wedding cake topper to grace the lucky couple's wedding cake that will certainly be a treaseured family heirloom. How special that you were able to copy the detils of the wedding dress and tux so beautifully
